Artificial Intelligence (AI) has become a major driver of organizational change and digital transformation, fundamentally influencing how organizations manage information, resources, processes, and decision-making. This study examines the impact of AI on digital transformation and the effectiveness of Information Technology (IT) management in organizations. AI technologies enable organizations to automate processes, analyze large volumes of data, improve decision-making, optimize resource allocation, and enhance operational efficiency. The integration of AI into organizational processes can also strengthen digital capabilities, organizational agility, innovation, and responsiveness to changing market conditions. From an IT management perspective, AI can improve cybersecurity, predictive analysis, IT service management, risk management, and technology planning. However, the effective implementation of AI depends not only on technological infrastructure but also on organizational readiness, data quality, human competencies, leadership, organizational culture, and strategic alignment. Issues such as data privacy, cybersecurity, ethical risks, employee resistance, and insufficient digital skills may limit the benefits of AI adoption. Therefore, organizations need comprehensive governance mechanisms and appropriate strategies to ensure that AI investments generate sustainable organizational value. The study emphasizes that digital transformation should not be viewed simply as the adoption of advanced technologies but as a comprehensive transformation involving organizational strategy, processes, people, culture, and technological capabilities. The effective integration of AI into IT management can support evidence-based decision-making, improve organizational agility, and contribute to innovation and competitive advantage.
